Cooper Trent has been recognized as one of Alabama's top up-and-coming government affairs professionals, bringing to the table a rare combination of personality and strategic thinking.
 

Born and raised in Athens, Alabama, Cooper attended the University of Alabama and was a member of Jasons, SGA Senate, and ODK. While working in Birmingham, he received his
Juris Doctorate from the Birmingham School of Law whereupon he entered into private practice.
 

After moving to Mobile, Alabama, his practice specialized in economic development and government affairs while serving as a consultant for some of the Gulf Coast's key economic drivers. In addition, Cooper has served as an advisor on numerous local and statewide campaigns.
 

Cooper is also a professional musician and has played events across the Southeast and abroad. He creates a connectivity with his audience that leaves a memorable experience -- a talent that
translates well to his day job, as well.
 

He is member of the Dauphin Island Sea Lab Foundation, the Order of Fuse, and a graduate of Alabama Leadership Initiative. Cooper is married to Catie (Bell) Trent of Mobile and blessed with
two children, Louise and Cooper, III. Outside of work, Cooper enjoys the outdoors, music, and cooking.
