Will Kelley is an Associate at Windom, Galliher & Associates, where he leads all technology and data operations for the firm. In this role, he manages the firm’s legislative tracking systems, analyzes bill movement across both chambers, and ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timely distribution of critical information to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

 

As the firm’s primary resource for digital infrastructure, Will designs and streamlines workflows, integrates new tools and systems, and ensures that every aspect of the firm’s operations is supported by current, reliable data. His work empowers the team to deliver responsive, well-informed, and strategic guidance to clients navigating Alabama’s legislative environment.

 

Born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama, Will has deep roots in the community and a strong grasp of its political landscape. He earned his degree in Business Administration from Troy University, where he developed a foundation in organizational strategy, data analysis, and project coordination.

 

Will’s previous experience includes working as a researcher, fundraiser, and poll script writer with Strategy Management LLC, where he honed his skills in political communications, campaign logistics, and public opinion research. He also served as a Senate Intern during the 2020 Legislative Session in the Office of Senator Cam Ward, gaining valuable insight into the inner workings of state government and legislative procedure.

 

At Windom, Galliher & Associates, Will combines his technical acumen, operational discipline, and understanding of the policymaking process to ensure that the firm’s data flows seamlessly, decisions are well-informed, and client success remains the top priority.
